Anyone aged 55 or over can apply to live at Beaumont Village. All apartments are fully accessible and are suitable for people who are independent as well as those who require additional support.

Apartments are available to buy or rent, subject to availability. We also have a respite room for those who need short term respite care or who would like to experience life at Beaumont Village before making a decision about moving here.

We offer a range of one and two bedroom apartments, all designed with accessibility and independent living in mind. Each apartment has its own unique layout and character, reflecting the history and individuality of the village.

The service charge is designed to make life at Beaumont Village as simple, comfortable, and worry free as possible by bringing many everyday costs together into one monthly payment. It includes 24 hour on site emergency support, maintenance of the communal areas and beautifully landscaped gardens, building insurance, access to all communal facilities, WiFi, telephone, an emergency call system, water, gas (except for a small number of apartments that have their own boilers), electricity, use of the village minibus, and the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the village. A full breakdown of everything included in the service charge is available on request.

We are happy to help you market and sell your apartment, making the process as straightforward and stress free as possible for you or your family. If you choose to sell through Beaumont Village, a 1% finder’s fee applies, together with a 4% contribution to the sinking fund. The sinking fund helps provide for future major repairs, maintenance, and improvements across the village, ensuring Beaumont Village continues to be maintained to a high standard for all residents.

You are completely free to choose how your apartment is sold. You can ask Beaumont Village to manage the sale or instruct an estate agent of your choice, giving you and your family the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your needs. If you sell through an independent estate agent, no additional fees are payable to Beaumont Village.
