Yes. Apartments are available to buy or rent, subject to availability.
We offer a range of one and two bedroom apartments, all designed with accessibility and independent living in mind.
Yes. Care is available 24 hours a day if it is ever needed. You only pay for the care you require, allowing you to remain as independent as possible.
No. Many residents live completely independently and do not require any care or support.
Yes. Friends and family are welcome to visit, this is your home and residents are encouraged to enjoy time with loved ones.

Costs vary depending on whether you are buying or renting and the size of the apartment. Our team will happily provide full details of prices, service charges, and any other associated costs.
Yes. The service charge remains payable even if your apartment is unoccupied. This is standard for leasehold properties and is not unique to Beaumont Village or retirement properties.
The service charge covers the 24 hour support, maintenance of the communal areas and gardens, building insurance where applicable, communal facilities, WiFi, water, and the upkeep of the village. Full details are available on request.
Yes. We offer a full sales service to help market and sell your apartment.
If you sell through Beaumont Village, a 1% finder’s fee applies, along with a 4% contribution to the sinking fund for future major expenditure.
You are also free to sell through an estate agent of your choice. No additional fees are payable to Beaumont Village, although the 4% sinking fund contribution still applies in accordance with the terms of the lease.
